Resilience Coaching Intensive

A 3-week program designed specifically to help you master mental toughness for peak performance.

UNDERSTANDING STRESS

You will learn about the most common causes of stress, both personal and professional. You will discover the effects of stress on your mind and body. You will determine the type of stress you are most prone to experience and how you personally react to change.

YOUR HEALTHY BRAIN

You will learn ways to keep your brain healthy. You will learn why getting adequate sleep is critical for good health and how to get a better night’s sleep. You will learn the negative effects of caffeine and sugar on the brain and what can be done to maintain a healthy brain.

SUPPORT TOOLS

You will identify which structures are missing in your life and how to create support systems to keep you going no matter what happens. You will learn the importance of tracking progress and how to get back on track when you veer off. You will create a structure with metrics for an important goal in your life.

MANAGING EMOTIONS

MINDSET/AWARENESS

You will learn what mindset is, the two types of mindsets, and how your own mindset can impact results. You will learn how a positive attitude (optimism) can impact mindset and choice of coping strategy.

HABITS

You will learn how habits form in the brain. You will identify some of your healthy and not so healthy habits. You will create new rituals that will help you form new productive habits.

COMMITMENT

You will learn that commitment is needed to develop the mindset, habits, and skills required to succeed in achieving your goals. You will learn how commitment is linked to resilience. You will learn how a commitment to small changes over time can change the neurological pathways in your brain and transform your life from the inside out.

Here’s How It Works:

Once a week, you and I will have a one-hour phone (or Skype) call. We’ll start by getting clear on where you are and where you want to go.  We’ll examine what’s working and what’s not.  I will help you determine exactly what to do next.

After each call, you will be given specific tasks and assignments to focus on for the following week.  The key here is focus – you can achieve anything, but not everything all at once.  I will help you prioritize and select the right tasks that will give you the best results in the shortest amount of time.

We will create a step-by-step plan for overcoming obstacles and increasing your resilience in the coming year.  We will address which things you should be spending your time and energy on, and which things are sucking the life out of you.

I will follow up with you regularly to check in on your progress and keep you on track. For the entire 3 weeks, you will have my full attention, unlimited priority access to me, and exclusive accountability to discuss your progress, ask questions, and get advice.
