Here’s how it works:

We start with an introductory tutorial, so you learn about the 4 behavioral shifts required for great leadership. You begin to experiment with solving leadership problems that you’re facing using the tools provided. Then once a month, you and I will have a one-hour phone (or Zoom) call. We’ll get clear on where you are and where you want to go. We’ll examine what’s working and what’s not. I will help you determine exactly what to do next.

Your Assessment

You’ll complete an online assessment (self-report or 360◦ feedback format depending on your needs and preference). You’ll receive a computer-generated report of your results. Your results will highlight your strengths and point to areas for development opportunity. We’ll review your assessment results privately – you can decide how much you want to share with others.

Your Feedback Session

I will ensure you have a clear understanding of your results from your personalized report, and then connect your results to a specific and achievable development plan. We will link your test results to your personal goals – demonstrating how increasing specific leadership skills will help you solve organizational problems and reach your career objectives.

Your Development Process

Each month, you will be given specific tasks and assignments to focus on for the following month. I will select tools and methods that best match your personal learning style to maximize results. The developmental methods I employ are based on scientifically established processes that maximize lasting behavior change, so you receive a significant return on investment.

I provide three private, one-on-one coaching meetings throughout the process. The 3 coaching sessions will be scheduled throughout the month, at your convenience, giving you time to strengthen your leadership “muscles” in between. I will follow-up with you regularly to check in on your progress and keep you on track.

For the entire 3 months, you will have my full attention, unlimited priority access to me, and exclusive accountability to discuss your progress, ask questions, and get advice.
