My Background
My unique background as an educator, consultant, and coach will help you turn your personal potential into peak performance. I have expertise in a variety of leadership models and assessment tools. My formal education is in the behavioral sciences, receiving my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University in 1996. I have been teaching graduate courses at West Chester University in Pennsylvania for 30 years.
I am an active leadership consultant who has engaged with over 100 clients from more than 30 companies, including Independence Blue Cross, State Farm Insurance, Lincoln Financial, CIGNA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and Drexel University.
I specialize in positive leadership strategies, strengths-based leadership, and transformational leadership models. I am a certified executive coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Let Your Life Speak
My husband and I have been married more than 30 years. We attend a non-denominational church in Downingtown, PA. I serve as a faculty advisor to Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) and support numerous other missions around the world. I have facilitated small group Bible Studies for more than 25 years. I am an avid reader of Christian non-fiction with more than 200 books in my library. I recently published my first Bible Study, Becoming a Beloved Disciple! Statement of faith can be found here.
Outside of work, I can be found sitting on a beach hoping to see dolphins and pampering Piper (my chocolate-dapple miniature dachshund).
