Hi, I’m Stefani. Thanks for stopping by!
Growing up, I always wanted to be a medical doctor. But then I realized that I’m terrified of needles and blood. So I majored in Psychology instead.
Now I am a “leadership doctor.” Here at Leading Higher, I partner with people who want to:
(1) rise to their full potential,
(2) elevate to excellence in their personal and professional lives, and
(3) live and lead at the highest level.
I help leaders leverage their influence so they can have an increasingly greater impact on others. I bring clarity and perspective. You get better at what you do. Together, we fight overwhelm.
I can provide the education and tools to help you thrive. I share all the best strategies in cognitive science, behavior modification, and psychology that you wouldn’t find on your own. By connecting with me, you come away with manageable and sustainable action plans for your personal and professional life. Specifically, my clients see significant and measurable increases in emotional intelligence, productivity, communication, relationships, executive presence, and personal well-being.
LET YOUR LIFE SPEAK
My unique background as an educator, consultant, and coach will help you connect personal potential to peak performance. I have expertise in a variety of leadership models and assessment tools. My formal education is in the behavioral sciences, receiving my Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University in 1996. I have been teaching graduate courses at West Chester University in Pennsylvania for more than 20 years.
I am an active leadership consultant who has engaged with over 100 clients from more than 30 companies, including Independence Blue Cross, State Farm Insurance, Lincoln Financial, CIGNA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and Drexel University.
I specialize in positive leadership strategies, strengths-based leadership, and transformational leadership models. I am a certified executive coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
I am also a part-time consultant at The Center Consulting, a not-for-profit consulting group whose mission is to help Christian leaders lead well. Whether you lead a church, business, or non-profit, consider us your source for expert support and advice: www.centerconsulting.org
My husband and I have attended the same non-denominational church in Downingtown, PA, for 20 years. I serve as a faculty advisor to Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) and support numerous other missions around the world. My husband and I are approaching our 25th anniversary. Outside of work, I can be found:
- sitting on the beach waiting to see dolphins
- eating triple chocolate cake (or pretty much anything chocolate)
- attending a Phillies baseball game, even when they are losing, because the food is so good
- watching reality TV (as a psychologist, it’s educational! of course)
- pampering Piper (my chocolate-dapple miniature dachshund)
